Employer's First Report of Injury (EFR)
Employer's First Report (EFR) is an online incident management application that allows UC supervisors, administrators and department representatives to submit and monitor initial injury causes, as well as verify corrective actions taken to reduce the likelihood of recurrence.
If you have questions or require assistance with completing EFR, please contact the Workers' Compensation office or call (951) 827-5528.
Anyone can report a work related injury or illness using EFR: supervisors, co-workers, and individuals.
